I haven't done a video on my weight release channel in a LONG time. On Saturday I did a bit of an update to let my subscribers know I was around.

Great video Ang. We must keep on and though we get down, we must not get out...we must keep our head in the game. I had a good day yesterday and am already down 4lbs...must have been water weight. I really pushed the water yesterday. Love you!!
